Close your eyes, relax and take many deep breaths, breathing through your nose. Let your breathing fall into a all-natural pattern. Enable tension to drain from your physique. Now start by asking: Where am I? What am I? Who am I? Let these queries sit for a moment in your mind. read this Be conscious of your body. Feel of your leg. If you lost it, would you cease to exist? Are you your leg? Go via the parts of your physique, asking "Am I here?" "Is this my self?" Open your eyes and appear around you. Are you individuals factors?
