My doctoral dissertation leadership investigation primarily focused on the effect and relationship in between leadership and adversity. The sixteen prominent leader / study participants each had their very own diverse life journey in coping with adversity and then working to develop into a efficient and completed leader. The leader I interviewed commented on the importance of being the enlightened and caring mentor can guide from their own personal experiences with adversity. They are a few who has been there and has efficiently overcome the challenging concern or significant adversity.
