Multilevel marketing Lead Generation - Offline Vs Online Methods
LEADS would be the name from the game for building your network marketing business... whether that's offline or online, or both! Understand that the multilevel marketing lead generation process can be both laborious and incredibly time-consuming, whether it's offline and online. Don't allow anyone tell you different... that's just the reality from it all.
So which is better, offline or online?
Let's start with offline prospecting.
This typically type of multilevel marketing prospecting involves meeting people face to face. You can meet them in lots of places for example your kids' school or their after school activities, the grocery store, the bookstore... as with the self- help or business section particularly where you'll likely meet those who are very likely to be open to a way to make money via a business opportunity (otherwise they will not be in that section of the bookstore, right?). You can also attend networking events using your local chamber of commerce, etc. etc.... The sky may be the limit really.
I believe that in-person offline networking to generate leads works better. Here are two explanations why?
No. 1 - You are able to CONNECT. I am talking about, people often trust and like someone they meet in person. However if you're not a people person, they may not like or trust you can either. So remember that when doing offline prospecting.
No. 2 - You get to QUALIFY them immediately at that moment really... you can sense right away if this is the type of person you need to work with or be in partnership with. Remember, you will be working with this person. Therefore it would be ideal that you like them and therefore are capable of working together, right? Personally, I know that i'm more efficient in connecting with someone personally versus every other method, including via internet, email, skype or even the phones. I understand this already from my consider your experience... and my closing minute rates are much higher personally than any other method.
But there's two particular downsides to offline network marketing prospecting...
No. 1 Time. In-person meetings whether one-on-one or conferences take up A LOT of time. And often you have to drive around that could run your car's gas expenses way up... you also won't be able to connect with folks masses that easily... and if you are able to, you'll have to do A Large amount of phone calls.
No. 2 downside is - MONEY. Probably to obtain your numbers up in terms of offline leads, you will have to start spending cash in advertising. This may be flyers, newspaper classified ads, or even a voice broadcasting system where you can automate your outbound calls... eventually you will have to boost the amounts of your leads higher should you ever wish to earn in the six-figure plus range in this business. That's just reality...
So if you're solely counting on offline network marketing lead generation methods, keep this in mind... this business has and try to will be a numbers game. So bigger numbers (i.e. more leads, more prospects, more and more people you connect with, etc.)... the higher the numbers, the greater will join your business... and main point here, the greater money you'll make.
Because of this, 'online' network marketing lead generation looks to be far simpler right?
