Monte Carlo is the city of glitz and over the top rated indulgence. I had to see it for at least a day trip and ended up finding my food paradise.

Monte Carlo is the exactly where you go to see the pretty men and women. Nicely, perhaps not quite, but definitely wealthy. I was loafing in Good for a few days and decided to join two travelers for a day trip to Monte Carlo. Monte Carlo is only a ten minute train ride from Good, so it seemed like the excellent day trip.

Monte Carlo is the sort of spot that makes you really feel insignificant. The location screams yachts, funds, plastic surgery, cash, Ferrari and did I mention income? This is not a travel destination for the faint of budget.

Monte Carlo is mostly about beaches, getting observed and a high finish casino. We had currently hit the beaches in Nice, werent crucial sufficient to hard rock hotel be seen and had been denied admission to the casino, so it was off to the museums.

Museums in Monte Carlo are quite run of the mill with 1 notable exception. Invest sufficient time in them and youll turn into convinced the Grimaldi royal family members is solely responsible for human civilization. Ive been identified to embellish on occasion, but the museums are ridiculous.

As day turned to evening, it was time to find a thing to eat. There were plenty of restaurants, but we either couldnt afford them or werent dressed appropriately with our shorts. Walking back to the train station, we stumbled upon paradise itself.

Growing up in San Diego, California, a single becomes addicted to Mexican bachelor parties food. Sadly, there arent a lot of Mexican food restaurants in Europe. In fact, I hadnt eaten a rolled taco for two months. That was about to change.

Turning the corner on one particular of a lot of endless small streets in Monaco, we were stunned to see a line of individuals waiting outside a door. The sign more than the door read Juans and paradise was venetian las vegas online ahead of us. Turns out the restaurant was owned by a San Diego resident and served authentic Mexican food. Rolled tacos, chicken tortilla soup and Dos Equis beer.

Mexican food in Monaco was definitely my concept of paradise. Of course, it set me back $75, but I actually didnt care at that point.
