The Mojo System

NLP Essex - What a month for the UK hosting the Olympics and Paralympics. I was fortunate to be at the closing Ceremony of the Olympics and experienced a wonderful event. Seeing all these atheletes, who have spent years training and working towards their personal goals was really inspirational. It reminded me why I love to work with and coach individuals and teams to help them achieve thier dreams by Reaching Higher, Performing Better, Expressing thier Mojo and Living a Life Well Lived. There is no greater feeling than knowing you have played full out and strived to be the best at what you do. The second best feeling, is seeing those you have supported, coached and nartured, achieve their dreams and aspirations. Change is a very individual thing, which may start with you making some basic changes to improve something; perhaps your relationship, work prospects, health or financial freedom. We all start somewhere on our road to personal growth and fulfilment. What is important is that we start. To often I meet people who are stuck and have simply stopped growing.

Mojo - It all starts with creating enough personal energy to ensure we are properly energised to follow through and sustain any change that we are looking to achieve. This is why your Mojo, is so important. It is the energised focus that can propel you forward. Where ever you are, what ever you are doing, you really can change and move away from past negative behaviours, thoughts and emotions. It starts with the first step, deciding to change! This is the same step that every Olympian and Paralympian started with. It is personal to you, but common to all! Your chances of success are improved greatly if you work to a successful methodolgy, such as the Mojo System, that must include a structured plan, as well as finding ways to overcome all those barriers that are out there to trip you up and prevent you from changing.
