Choosing a digital camera can be very overwhelming with all the models that are available currently available. Locating the most suitable of canon zoom lenses can be daunting, but very possible.

On a 35mm film camera a wide angle lens would have a focal period of, say, 35mm or less.
Looking through a telephoto lens is much like utilizing a telescope - it narrows down so what can be viewed in a scene or makes the subject seem much closer of computer really is. A telephoto lens might have a focal length of 70mm or even more on a 35mm camera.
