3. Make a List, and Let Your Writing Flow

Making lists relieves stress, since you obtain the material from your mind, and onto the screen, or onto a piece of paper.

Check it out now. Make a list of the five most worrying things in your own life today. Just list: financial concerns, job worries, relationship worries... You don't have to do anything on them, just write them down. Clearing your brain this way is a good stress reliever. It allows you to concentrate on your writing.

4. Get Goals - It's Easier Than You imagine

Without fail, I've managed to achieve every goal listed. There are good, logical reasons why writing your primary goal helps you to achieve them, and although this technique sounds super-simple, don't be misled. It's powerful.
