A little gem for perfect looking teeth

Brush at least two times a day. If you're able to, brush after every meal. Brushing removes plaque, a film of bacteria that clings to teeth. When bacteria in plaque come into contact with food, they produce acids. These acids cause cavities. To brush:

Teeth Care Guide - Place a pea-sized dab of fluoride toothpaste about the head with the toothbrush. (Use a soft toothbrush.)
Place the toothbrush from the teeth at a 45-degree angle for the gum line.
Move the comb throughout the teeth employing a small circular motion. Continue with this motion cleaning one tooth at a time. Keep your tips with the bristles up against the gumline. Avoid pressing so desperately how the bristles lie flat up against the teeth. (Just the tips from the toothbrush clean tooth.) Allow bristles reach into spaces between teeth.
Brush throughout the top of the chewing surfaces with the teeth. Ensure the bristles get into the grooves and crevices.
Use exactly the same small circular motion to wash the backside with the lower and upper teeth -- along side it that faces the tongue.
To clean the inside of the underside front teeth, angle the head in an up-and-down position toward the underside within the mouth and move the toothbrush hometeethwhitening.net - in a tiny circle.
For within the top front teeth, angle the comb in an up-and-down position using the tip with the head pointing for the roof from the mouth. Move the toothbrush in a tiny circle.
Give your tongue a couple of gentle brush strokes, brushing in the back of your tongue forward. Don't scrub. It will help remove bacteria and freshens your breath.
After brushing your teeth for two to three minutes, rinse the mouth area with water.
Replace your toothbrush with a new one every three to four months.

Floss teeth once a day. Flossing eliminates food and plaque between your teeth, where your toothbrush cannot reach. If plaque stays between teeth, it could harden into tartar, which has to be removed by way of a dentist. To floss:

Remove about an 18-inch strip of floss from the dispenser.
Wind the floss round the middle fingers of every hand, leaving a 1-inch section open for flossing. Floss the top teeth first, then your bottom.
Place the floss within your mouth and employ your index fingers to push the floss between the teeth. Be careful not to push way too hard and injure the gums.
Move the floss up and down up against the tooth or more and round the hometeethwhitening.net - gum line. The floss should form a C-shape around the tooth as you floss.
Floss between each tooth along with behind the trunk teeth.
Use a clean section of floss as needed and take up used floss by winding it around the fingers.
