2.) I stopped eating bad foods late at night...
Eating bad foods late at night may cause problems with your metabolic process and digestive system. The key reason why happens because your metabolism and digestive system slows down when you are sleep... and once it will... it will not be in a position to process calories efficiently. Just imagine using a gigantic 500 calorie piece of cake packed with carbs and fats... and then you go to sleep... and your body doesn't process these calories efficiently! Guess what's going to happen with those calories? They will get STORED... as extra excess fat!
Of course don't be eating a 500 calorie easy in the first place, however, you obtain the idea (lol)!
If you wish to eat something late at night, i quickly recommend something such as veggie sticks. You can even have celery sticks with peanut butter which is perfectly fine... and much more satisfying (and this is because it contains water, fiber, and protein all-in-one low-calorie and incredibly healthy snack)!
3.) This is not necessary, however it can help, and what I'm talking about is taking supplements...
There are several supplements I took that can help with lots of things (and something of those things is losing pounds of fat).
The supplements I take on a daily basis (within my weight loss transformation as well as currently) are whey protein shakes (I recommend Optimum Nutrition Pure whey protein), omega-3 fatty acids supplements, chromium, green tea herb, vitamin D-3, and a multivitamin.
Talking about supplements, please, anything you do, Don't take diet pills.
