If you submit to 5 great article directories and 100 crappy ones - you might have just wasted time, energy, and perhaps done more problems for your ranking and traffic then you definitely intended. Search engines like Google do not spot the articles you've got submitted to the 100 crappy ones. They get "filtered" out through the search engine filters as the directories are really unimportant (low PR ranking, low traffic, few inbound links, etc.). 4. Having said that you can and should submit your article for the 5 great article directories (this is simply a random number. You may find more "good" ones). Each directory will assist you to build link juice, quality traffic, attract syndication of the articles, and more. So my fact is YES.
