If you wish to eat something late into the evening, then I recommend similar to veggie sticks. You could have celery sticks with peanut butter which will be perfectly fine... and even more satisfying (and this happens because it has water, fiber, and protein all in one low-calorie and incredibly healthy snack)!

3.) This isn't necessary, but it can certainly help, and what I'm talking about takes supplements...

There are some supplements I took that will help with lots of things (and one of these things is losing pounds of fat).
