英語ではOpen Systems and the Corresponding Interfaces for Automotive Electronics．欧州において自動車制御用のリアルタイムOSや通信プロトコルの標準化を行っているOSEK/VDXプロジェクトが策定した自動車用リアルタイムOSの仕様．OSEK-OS（OS），OSEK-COM（通信プロトコル），OSEK-NM（ネットワーク管理）などが定義されている．スタック共有タスクなど，コンパクトなシステムを作るための機能がある．OSEK仕様のリアルタイムOSとして，pOSEK，prOSEK，proOSEKなどがある．
