Domain Renewal Group - SCAM - Are rarely getting caught!

We planned to warn our clients in terms of a company called [http://blog.fastvision.com/domains/domain-name-renewal-scam/ Domain Renewal Group scam] they're widely operating. I received a letter today that we am reporting into the Mailing Preference Service.It began an organization called the Domain Renewal Group. They've already cheekily looked up who owns the domain for this web site and written to my opinion, expecting me to resume my domain with them. As they definitely do mention transferring it for them and thus stay just the appropriate side of honesty, it is a cynical letter meant to get me to fork out them, and get ownership of other similar domains like bigcircumstance.net and bigcircumstance.org.

Fortunately I will be savvy enough to grasp this is a scam and they won�t flee with it with me. However others may be frightened into giving them money, believing that otherwise they are going to lose their domains, when all they should do is renew their registration with the corporation they already have consumed previously (with my case, WordPress). And why I will transfer in their mind every time they cost twice the price of WordPress and I rely on the WordPress software - well, you identify.

The business appears to be perfectly found on the USA but it really came with a reply paid envelope which in fact had a London address on it, and hence I am around my rights to report these people to the MPS. I strongly suggest that anybody else in great britan who gets these letters and who is registered with the MPS also reports them. By not checking the MPS list of people who have opted from direct mail these are breaking British law. Let�s put pressure on these cynical and unscrupulous companies.

We're also calling it a �Scam� because the tactics utilised by tag heuer are deliberately highly misleading and i am disappointed that that way they continue to have not been closed down despite years of operation.

You will receive a very official looking letter entitled �Domain Renewal Service� and goes a product like:-

�Registering your domain name with us will guarantee you retain rights with it on line, and now is any time to transfer and renew your name from your current registrar for the Domain Renewal Group�

Your domain names, that you have checked and found are coming round for renewal, obviously needs to be sorted by [http://blog.fastvision.com/domains/domain-name-renewal-scam/ Domain Name Renewal Scam] - WRONG! Domain renewal group already have got no control of your domain name or its renewal. Rather, we, or your current actual domain registrar will renew the domain automatically on your behalf as usual.

By paying Domain Renewal Group you will almost inevitably get nothing in exchange. We know of none of us as of yet that's got benefitted from their service, which is actually only a very crafty offer to �transfer� for many years. They simply cannot renew a domain unless they already have control of it.

Please don�t fall for this scam.
