Ricotta Pancakes
1 1/4 Cups Flour
1/4 Cup Ricotta Cheese
1 Egg
1 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla flavoring
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Lemon Zest
Pinch of Salt

Put all of the ingredients inside a blender and blend for Thirty seconds until the batter is smooth.

Heat a pan on medium-low heat.

Brush some vegetable oil around the pan, do not use butter, and pour a number of the batter.
