We told him we had been not satisfied and that he went and spoke to the hotelier and sorted it. Booking canceled. Then he took us to many other accommodation sites for inspection. All 3 and 4 star. Very suitable and to western standards and all inside our cost range. We simply picked the accommodation we had been pleased with.

And also this became the pattern for the remainder of the tour.

He took us on Safari, found us safari drivers, wonderful local eateries, quality resorts and accommodation, he went looking for and found incredible little shops and brought a genuine local flavour to the tour. History, culture, people, places, cuisine and anything else.

His time effort, meals, accommodation, diligent humble insightful plan to us was all part of the deal and contained in the price. Incredible!

On return from my first tour we cancelled everthing for the second tour and planned the subsequent tour with him. Tea country, worlds end, elephant safari, elephant rides, shopping, Yala jungle preserve and on and also on...
